I can\'t get any support from these people. They don\'t listen to anything you say and only pick out key words, then appear to read from a useless script. I signed up for DSL for one agreed to price and when I called because of the bill they told me I was mistaken and the plan I was sold didn\'t even exist. That is really obnoxious, because I wouldn\'t have signed up at the price they now want to charge. I\'m going to attempt to cancel, but I bet they\'ll claim that the 30 day period I had to cancel that the sales lady told me about doesn\'t exist either.
